I'm a Ph.D. student in Chemical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. I have a minor in the DSCI program initiated by the Chemical Engineering PSE team at Georgia Tech. My thesis advisor is Dr. Fani Boukouvala.
My research interests are in developing data-driven optimization and model identification techniques, using hybrid modeling and physics-informed machine learning approaches.
I joined Georgia Tech in spring 2021 and prior to that, I worked as an Operations Engineer at Kochi Refinery, BPCL. I received a B.S. degree with honors in Chemical Engineering from IIT Hyderabad in 2018. During my undergraduate studies, I worked with Dr. Kishalay Mitra and Dr. Lopamudra Giri on various projects involving optimization. I also had the opportunity to be a summer research intern, under the mentorship of Dr. Soong Tuck Wah, at National University of Singapore.
You can find my resume here and a brief overview of my research here.
Update : I am actively looking for an Full time positions starting Summer 2025. I'm very interested in working in the areas of Data-driven optimization, Hybrid Modeling, Data analysis, Physics-informed machine learning, Model identification, and Modeling and algorithm development.
